	Mr. Hans-Georg Ruehl, Director Started his career as project engineer with Philips, handling projects in all kinds of industries, such as dairies, plastic machines etc., Managing Director of Resotec Realtime Software GmbH, located at Baunatal, Germany since 1985. Highly experienced in plastics industry as well as automotive industry, he has worked together with manufacturing companies all over the world. 	Mr. Manoj Patwardhan, Director Over 19 years of experience in software engineering and development practices in the United States. He has experience in diverse technology areas such as telecommunications, business applications involving XML-based standards and anti-virus technology.
