Shortage of suitable software engineers with appropriate skills and experience has become a major constraint in many of the industrialized countries. Available resources are priced very high and may not be available in the required numbers and at correct times. Indian IT Engineers have filled up this gap and shortage in many of the countries and are today recognized as a readily available resource pool. Many countries are encouraging these engineers to move in and help maintain the competitive edge of the company.

However, in many cases these resources may be needed only for short duration and for very specific skills and projects. In such cases, companies are opting to bring in these resources on contract for short periods and for specific assignments.

AIPL will provide suitable candidates with appropriate skills and experience, as onsite consultants from its large Human Resource base. These consultants will work along with client's  project teams and will be fully accountable to the client's Project Manager.

Selection of individuals with required skill sets will be done in consultation with the client.

Consultants will be on the payroll of AIPL. Paper work will be handled by AIPL. This option will allow the clients to add resources only for the specified period and not as permanent additions. As the skills sets required for the project change, new set of consultants can be inducted, obviating the need for costly retraining of existing resources.
